The article is about the election to a community council, particularly about dissolution
of mandate of a member of the community council. The question is when this dissolution
occurs and when does the new elected community council take up its post. It also discusses
the question whether marriages formed before the member of the community council are
valid if the member of the community council also concluded an agreement to work outside
the scope of employment with his/hers own community.

konkrétne kedy dochádza k zániku mandátu poslancov a ujíma sa funkcie novozvolené obecné
zastupiteľstvo a taktiež sa zaoberá otázkou, či manželstvá uzatvorené pred poslancami
obecného zastupiteľstva, ktorí mali zároveň uzatvorené dohody o prácach vykonávaných
mimo pracovného pomeru s obcou, v ktorej vykonávajú funkciu poslanca, vznikli alebo nie.
